Refund Policy
NotrAi.com offers California Notary Public education courses approved by the California Secretary of State. Our refund policy is governed by California Code of Regulations Title 2, Section 20800.9, and is disclosed prior to any purchase as required.
Eligibility for refund
- Within 7 days of purchase and before the student has accessed any course material beyond the introductory page, we will issue a full refund upon written request to support@notrai.com.
- After course material has been accessed but before the Proof of Completion has been issued, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis at notrai.com's discretion.
- After Proof of Completion has been issued, no refund is available, as the regulatory deliverable has been produced.
How to request a refund
Email support@notrai.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address used at signup
- The date of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Disputes
If you have not received a satisfactory response within 10 business days of your refund request, you may contact the California Secretary of State, Notary Public & Special Filings Section, P.O. Box 942877, Sacramento, CA 94277-0001.
